Peking Bacon Cuapao

Place shredded cucumber in a strainer to drain. Transfer to a bowl and set aside in the chiller until ready to use.

Pan-fry chopped bacon until cooked and lightly browned. Drain on paper towels and set aside.

To assemble: Steam cuapao until soft. Slice in half and fill with shredded cucumber and cooked bacon. Drizzle with hoisin sauce.
