Ingredients
Picadillo Cubano Ingredients
- 1/4 Cup olive oil
- 1/2 Cup onion minced
- 1 tablespoon Garlic minced
- 400 Grams Beef use ground round
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt
- 1 Cup bell pepper minced
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1/4 Cup dry white wine
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Sauté onions and garlic until fragrant.
- Add ground round, cumin, and oregano. Cook until browned. Season with salt.
- Add bell peppers and tomato paste. Cook for 1 minute.
- Add wine and reduce until almost dry. Taste and adjust seasoning, if needed.
- Remove from heat and mix in Worcestershire sauce.
