This easy Filipino recipe is puts together pork adobo (leftovers work well, too!) and lechon paksiw flavors in one dish. With the addition of lechon sauce, you get a new dish out of your pork adobo!

Pork Adobo Paksiw Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Oil
  • 1 kilo pork pork cubes (kasim)
  • 1 head Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper crushed
  • 1 piece bay leaf
  • 1/2 Cup Vinegar
  • 1/4 Cup Soy Sauce
  • 1 Cup lechon sauce
  • 1 teaspoon white sugar
  • 1/2 Cup water


  • Saute the garlic and black pepper in oil. Add the pork cubes then let it brown.
  • Add the bayleaf, vinegar, soy sauce, sugar and lechon sauce and let it simmer for 15 minutes. Stir once in awhile. Add water and let it simmer for 5 more minutes until the sauce thickens and the pork is tender.
  • Serve warm with rice.
