Pork and Scallion Stir-Fry Recipe

The great thing about stir-fried dishes is that they are very easy to put together. This pork stir-fry uses pork tenderloin to make sure that the meat stays soft even when cooked under high heat. The scallions give the dish a good lift!

Ingredients
  

Pork and Scallion Stir-Fry Ingredients

  • 400 crams pork tenderloin sliced thinly
  • 1/8 Cup Chinese soy sauce
  • 1/4 Cup Chinese rice wine
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons canola oil
  • 1 tablespoon ginger sliced
  • 1 tablespoon white onions chopped
  • 3 cloves Garlic crushed
  • 1 Cup scallions cut into 1.5-inch sticks
  • 1 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Knorr SavorRich Pork
  • Salt to taste
  • ground black pepper to taste
  • sesame oil to taste

Instructions
 

  • Pour soy sauce, Knorr Savorrich pork, and rice wine unto pork slices and mix well. Then add cornstarch and mix further until pork pieces are coated evenly. Let sit for 10-15 minutes.
  • Heat oil in a wok over high heat. Sauté ginger, onions, garlic, and scallions. Add pork slices and stir-fry for 5-6 minutes or until cooked, season with oyster sauce and pepper. Drizzle some sesame oil just before serving.
