Pork Chop Inasal Ingredients
- 1/4 Cup Vinegar tuba
- 1/2 Cup Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoons Calamansi Juice
- 2 tablespoons Garlic crushed
- 1 tablespoon ginger minced
- 1 bird's eye chili
- ground black pepper to taste
- 350 to 400 Grams pork chops
- 2 tablespoons canola oil plus more to grill
- 1 tablespoon Garlic chopped
- 2 cups white rice cooked
- Salt to taste
- ground black pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons Butter buttermilk biscuit baking mix
- 2 cups broccoli florets
Instructions
- Make the marinade: Combine ingredients in a bowl; mix well. Add pork and marinate in the refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours. Remove meat from refrigerator 10 minutes before cooking.
- Heat oil in a grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill pork chops for 8 to 12 minutes or until cooked through. Set aside.
- Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Sauté garlic until light brown. Add rice; mix well. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
- Heat butter in a pan over medium-high heat. Sauté broccoli until tender.
Season with salt and pepper. - Portion rice, pork, and broccoli, and serve.Â
