Ingredients
Pork Giniling with Pineapples Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon cooking oil
- 1 Small red onion minced
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 1/2 kilogram ground pork
- 1 227-gram can canned pineapples tidbits with syrup
- 3 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- Salt to taste
- ground black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat oil in a medium nonstick frying pan over medium-high heat. Cook garlic and onion until fragrant. Add in the pork and cook until browned (about 7 minutes).
- Add soy sauce, pineapples and its syrup. Simmer for another 5 minutes or until the sauce has reduced. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
