Ingredients
  

Pork Giniling with Pineapples Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon cooking oil
  • 1 Small red onion minced
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1/2 kilogram ground pork
  • 1 227-gram can canned pineapples tidbits with syrup
  • 3 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • Salt to taste
  • ground black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a medium nonstick frying pan over medium-high heat. Cook garlic and onion until fragrant. Add in the pork and cook until browned (about 7 minutes).
  • Add soy sauce, pineapples and its syrup. Simmer for another 5 minutes or until the sauce has reduced. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
