Ingredients
  

Pork Kebab Ingredients

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground fennel seeds
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced finely
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • saffron
  • 2 tablespoons hot water
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 bay leaf crushed
  • 2 teaspoons sherry vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 500 Grams pork use pork tenderloin

Instructions
 

  • Combine ground coriander seeds, ground cumin seeds, ground fennel seeds, paprika, garlic, salt, a pinch of saffron, hot water, dried oregano, bay leaf (crushed), sherry vinegar, and extra virgin olive oil in a large bowl; mix well.
  • Slice pork tenderloin into 1-inch cubes and marinate in the mixture, covered, for 2 hours or overnight in the refrigerator. Thread pork through skewers. Grill for 10 to 12 minutes, or until tender, basting often with the marinade.
