Ingredients
Pork Steak Ingredients
- 4 pork steaks 1-inch thick each
- 1/2 Cup mustard
- 1/4 Cup honey
- 1 tablespoon raspberry vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Chilli Flakes
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1/4 teaspoon black peppercorns
- Salt to taste
- ground black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Whisk mustard, honey, vinegar, chili flakes, rosemary, and peppercorns in a 9x13-inch baking dish. Season pork steaks with salt and ground black pepper. Place in mustard mixture. Sprinkle each steak with rosemary.
- Place in oven, and bake 30 minutes, or until pork is cooked through. Serve with a light salad and honey mustard mixture on the side. Toaster Oven Tip: Cook 1 pork steak at a time.
