Pork Tapa Ingredients
- 500 Grams pork (pork cutlet), sliced thinly
- 1/4 Cup pineapple juice
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 5-6 pieces calamansi juiced
- 6 cloves Garlic crushed
- 1/4 Cup Soy Sauce
- Salt to taste
- ground black pepper to taste
- Oil for pan frying
Instructions
- Mix pineapple juice, brown sugar, calamansi juice, garlic, soy sauce, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
- Add pork cutlets to the marinade. Mix well. Chill for at least 12 hours.
- When ready to serve, pan fry in oil until sugars have caramelized. Serve with rice, fried egg, and tomatoes.
