Ingredients
  

Pork Tapa Ingredients

  • 500 Grams pork (pork cutlet), sliced thinly
  • 1/4 Cup pineapple juice
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 5-6 pieces calamansi juiced
  • 6 cloves Garlic crushed
  • 1/4 Cup Soy Sauce
  • Salt to taste
  • ground black pepper to taste
  • Oil for pan frying

Instructions
 

  • Mix pineapple juice, brown sugar, calamansi juice, garlic, soy sauce, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  • Add pork cutlets to the marinade. Mix well. Chill for at least 12 hours.
  • When ready to serve, pan fry in oil until sugars have caramelized. Serve with rice, fried egg, and tomatoes.
