Potato and Crabmeat Salad

Boil baby potatoes until done then dunk in ice water to cool. Slice each potato in half. Set aside.

 

In a bowl, mix Japanese mayonnaise, mayo, pickle relish, and mustard. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Toss in potatoes and crab meat. Mix well and chill.
