Ingredients
Potato and Crabmeat Salad
- 15 baby potatoes
- 1 (80-mL) pack of mayonnaise
- 1/7 Cup Japanese mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon pickle relish
- 1/2 teaspoon mustard
- Salt to taste
- 1 Cup crabmeat shredded
Instructions
- Boil baby potatoes until done then dunk in ice water to cool. Slice each potato in half. Set aside.
- In a bowl, mix Japanese mayonnaise, mayo, pickle relish, and mustard. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Toss in potatoes and crab meat. Mix well and chill. Click to see more potato salad recipes.
