This tasty side dish goes well with ribs and chops!
4 pieces potatoes
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Boil potatoes until tender. Take them out of the pot and smash carefully on top of a chopping board or plate using a towel and your palm or a glass.
Place the smashed potatoes on a baking sheet. Drizzle olive oil on top and season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Bake for 15 minutes.
Garnish with chives then serve with cola baby back ribs.
