Puff Pizza Pockets Ingredients

  • 2 sheets store-bought puff pastry use 9x9-inch sheets
  • 1 Egg beaten
  • 1 Cup pizza sauce
  • 1 Cup ham diced
  • 1 Cup mozzarella cheese grated


  • Preheat oven to 375ºF.
  • Using a sturdy plastic knife, cut each puff pastry sheet into 9 small squares, about 3x3-inches each.
  • Brush the top of each square with beaten egg.
  • Place a small amount of pizza sauce, about 1 1/2 teaspoons, in the middle of the puff pastry square.
  • Sprinkle with diced ham on top then sprinkle with grated cheese.
  • Fold diagonally and seal edges using a fork.
  • Brush top of each triangle with beaten egg.
  • Bake until the pockets are puffed and golden brown, about 15 to 20 minutes. Topping tip: Flavor the pockets with your own favorite pizza toppings like pepperoni, sausages, and mushrooms. Just make sure you chop them into small pieces first.
