Pulled Chicken Sandwich Recipe

Shred rotisserie chicken quarter into strands, discarding the skin for another use; place in a bowl. Add 1/8 to 1/3 cup barbecue sauce, depending on how saucy you want your sandwich to be; season with salt and pepper.

Place bottom half of a burger bun on a plate. Top with chicken and a gherkin pickle before topping with top half of the bun. Serve warm.
