Pulled Pork Adobo Sandwich
- 1 Table Spoon vegetable oil
- 1 medium white onion sliced
- 1 Cup leftover adobo
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons barbecue sauce
- 3 tablespoons leftover adobo sauce
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 3 pieces Pandesal sliced in half and toasted
- tomatoes sliced

- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Sauté onions until translucent. Set aside.
- Sauté shredded leftover adobo in another pan.
- Add brown sugar, barbecue sauce, and adobo sauce to the adobo. Simmer for 10 minutes. season to taste. set aside.
- Assemble the sandwich: Fill each pandesal with the pork mixture. Top with caramelized onions and sliced tomatoes. Â
