Puto with Buro Spread Recipe

Combine rice, water, and beer in a plastic container. Let rest overnight. Strain the mixture. Purée well until almost liquid. Strain again.

Mix coconut cream, sugar, and vinegar with the liquid rice. Line each muffin cup with a banana leaf, then pour mixture into each cup. Steam for 15 to 20 minutes. Let cool in the pan and remove. Serve with buro spread.

Make the buro spread: Combine all ingredients and refrigerate.
