Raspberry Cookies Recipe

Preheat oven to 350°F.

In the bowl of an electric mixer, cream together cream cheese and butter. Mix in sugar until light and fluffy. Slowly add all-purpose flour. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and chill for at least 1 hour.

Scoop 1 tablespoon dough and roll into a ball; repeat. Place on parchment paper-lined baking sheets. Lightly press your thumb into the center of the balls. Fill indentation with raspberry jam.

Bake for 12 minutes or until edges are golden. Let cool.
