Ribeye Beef Salpicao Recipe

Cut the ribeye steak into small pieces. Mix oyster sauce, soy sauce, worcestershire sauce and marinate the meat for 1 hour.

Heat olive oil in a pan. Add the minced garlic.

On high heat, add the marinated beef including the marinade into the pan. Cook for 5 minutes or more, depending on how well done you want your steak.

Season with ground pepper and add liquid seasoning if using.

Add butter. Once melted, serve.
