Ingredients
  

Rice and Bean Salad Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup garbanzos
  • 1/4 Cup kidney beans
  • 1/4 Cup black beans
  • 1/4 Cup whole kernel corn
  • 1 Cup day-old rice
  • 2 tablespoons Calamansi Juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
  • 2 tablespoons coriander chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • ground black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Toss garban­zos, kidney beans, black eyed beans, and whole kernel corn, and day-old rice into calamansi juice, ground cumin, chili powder, corian­der, and salt and ground black pepper to taste.
