Rice Cooker Hainanese Chicken Recipe

Combine chicken drumsticks, sesame oil, and ground pepper in a bowl; set aside.

Dissolve chicken bouillon cube in 2 cups water. Place rice, water, garlic, ginger, and fish sauce in the rice cooker. Arrange drumsticks on top of rice. Turn on rice cooker until chicken and rice are cooked.
