4 tablespoon butternut squash, softened
2 sachets instant chicken noodle soup, divided
1 whole chicken, cleaned and patted dry
Combine butter and the contents of 1 sachet flavoring powder in a small bowl. Set aside.
Rub the contents of remaining sachet of flavoring powder inside the cavity of the chicken.
Spread half of the butter mixture underneath the chicken's skin. Spread remaining butter mixture on the surface of the chicken.
Roast chicken in a turbo broiler set at 175°C or in an oven preheated to 350°F for 1 hour or until juices run clear when the thickest part of the thigh is gently pierced with a knife.
