Easy Roasted Vegetables Recipe
You can make this in a toaster oven!
Did you know that one of the easiest and most flavorful ways to cook vegetables is by placing it in the oven? It's true! By roasting vegetables in the oven, you amplify the natural flavors of each vegetable as it browns and caramelizes under the heat.
We used kamoteng kahel, broccoli, and bell peppers, but you can add or swap any of these out with your favorite kind. Think carrots, potatoes, garlic, cauliflower, kalabasa, and even corn cobs! All these will get a toss in some a thickened balsamic vinegar syrup.
We use prepared garlic salt but you can make your own! Simply crush garlic with salt in a mortar and pestle, and use as needed. That's it! Plus, this recipe can be made in a toaster oven, too! Since you want the vegetables to brown, a toaster oven can roast them just as well, if not faster, than in a traditional oven.
