- 8 large Egg hardboiled
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/8 teaspoon saffron powder
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- Salt to taste

- Peel and halve hard-boiled eggs. Mash egg yolks and mix in lemon juice, saffron powder, and mayonnaise. Season with salt.
