Deviled eggs are easy to prepare: this appetizer recipe is perfect for parties and entertaining.
8 large egg, hardboiled
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/8 teaspoon saffron powder
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
salt, to taste
olive oil, to garnish
Peel and halve hard-boiled eggs. Mash egg yolks and mix in lemon juice, saffron powder, and mayonnaise. Season with salt.
Transfer to a piping bag with a round tip. Pipe yolk mixture into egg whites. Sprinkle with pepper and drizzle with olive oil.
