Ingredients
  

Salmon and Cream Cheese Toast Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 6 slices white bread trimmed and cut into 4 squares each
  • 1/2 Cup cream cheese softened and whipped
  • 1/4 Cup white onion finely chopped
  • 1 Cup smoked salmon sliced
  • 24 quail eggs fried sunny side up
  • Salt to taste
  • fresh dill to garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat toaster oven to 350°F.
  • Melt butter in a pan. Remove from heat. Add Italian seasoning and mix. Infuse for 15 minutes. Brush mixture on bread. Toast for 10 to 15 minutes or until golden. Cool for 5 minutes.
  • Spoon cream cheese on top of bread. Top with onions, smoked salmon, and quail eggs.
