Salted Caramel Sauce Ingredients
- 1 Cup sugar
- 6 Tablespooon unsalted butter cubed
- 1/2 Cup All-purpose cream
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- Place sugar in a heavy-bottomed saucepot over medium heat. Melt sugar, whisking constantly, until deep amber in color, about 6 minutes.
- Add unsalted butter and whisk untilmelted. Remove from heat and carefully whisk in all-purpose cream.Stir in sea salt. Let cool then transfer to a bottle.
