Ingredients
  

Salted Egg Salsa and Chips

  • 2 pieces Salted Egg (itlog na maalat) chopped
  • 2 pieces native tomatoes seeded and chopped finely
  • 1 piece red onion chopped finely
  • 1 tablespoon cilantro (wansoy) (leaves), chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Calamansi Juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon fish sauce (patis)
  • nacho chips

Instructions
 

  • Make the salsa: mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
     
  • Serve with tortilla or nacho chips on the side.
