Sauteed Baguio Beans with Bacon Recipe
Bacon makes vegetables more than just a one-note dish!
Sauteed Baguio Beans with Bacon Ingredients
- 1/4 kilo bacon sliced
- 1 medium onion sliced
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1/2 kilo long beans (sitaw) sliced into 2-inch pieces
- 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Saute the bacon on a preheated pan until fat is rendered or the bacon is crispy.
- Saute onion and garlic for 2 minutes. Add the green beans and soy sauce and cook for another 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Serve warm.
