Savory Banana Fritters Ingredients
- 4 pieces banana
- 1 medium onion finely chopped
- 1 Table Spoon ground ginger
- 1 Table Spoon all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- Salt
- Oil
Instructions
- Peel and roughly mash bananas. Â
- Add finely chopped onion. Mix well.
- Mix in ground ginger, chili powder, salt, and flour. Add more flour if mixture is too thin. Â
- Heat oil. Flatten a tablespoon of banana mixture into the hot oil. Fry until golden brown.
- Transfer to paper towels to drain. Serve sprinkled with more chili powder.
