Seafood Bottarga Pasta Recipe

Heat oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Sauté garlic and onion until garlic turns light brown.

Add prawns and cook until they change color. Add local bottarga and continue to sauté.

Toss in cooked pasta; season with salt and pepper. Transfer to a plate, top with bottarga powder, and garnish with parsley.
