Sesame Chicken Wings Ingredients
- 1 kilo chicken wings
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- cooking oil for deep frying
- 1/4 Cup Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds toasted
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions
- In a bowl, marinate chicken wings with salt and pepper and set aside.
- In a large pan over medium heat, fry the chicken wings until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
- Remove the oil from the pan and leave around 3 tablespoons of oil.
- Pour in soy sauce, oyster sauce, brown sugar, black pepper, sesame seeds, and black pepper. Let it simmer for 5 to 10 minutes.
- Arrange the chicken wings in a platter and pour over the sesame soy sauce before serving.
