Ingredients
  

Shars Linguine with Mushroom, Tomato, and Mozzarella

  • 200 Grams linguine noodles
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Garlic
  • 2 cups fresh button mushrooms sliced
  • 1 can canned diced tomatoes drained
  • 1/4 Cup Salt
  • Salt
  • 2 tablespoons fresh basil leaves chopped
  • buffalo mozzarella torn for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Cook linguine according to package directions. While cooking, make the sauce.
  • Sauté garlic and onions in olive oil. Add in mushrooms and diced tomatoes. Pour in wine and simmer until reduced.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste and add in basil. Toss in cooked pasta adding some water if the sauce is too thick.
  • Transfer to a plate and top with fresh mozzarella.
