Need a meal in under 30 minutes? This easy shrimp recipe only requires 4 ingredients and a bit of sauteeing. The sweet chili sauce also adds a nice fiery-sweet kick!
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 kilo shrimp, shelled
1/3 cup garlic, sliced thinly
2 cups thai chili sauce
Heat oil in a medium size pan or wok over medium to low heat.
Season shrimps with salt and pepper, then sauté with garlic (do not burn garlic) until shrimps turn pink.
Add Thai chili sauce and simmer for 5 more minutes. Transfer to a serving platter and serve immediately.
