Need a meal in under 30 minutes? This easy shrimp¬†recipe¬†only requires 4 ingredients and a bit of sauteeing. The sweet¬†chili sauce¬†also adds a nice fiery-sweet kick!
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 kilo shrimp, shelled
1/3 cup garlic, sliced thinly
2 cups thai chili sauce
Heat oil in a medium size pan or wok over medium to low heat.
Season shrimps with salt and pepper, then saut√© with garlic (do not burn garlic) until shrimps turn pink.
Add Thai chili sauce and¬†simmer¬†for 5 more minutes. Transfer to a serving platter and serve immediately.
