Sinangag na Sinigang (Sinigang Fried Rice) Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup vegetable oil
- 2 cups mixed vegetables we used kangkong, eggplant, okra, and tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon sinigang mix we used Maggi Sinigang Green Mango
- 4 cups day-old rice
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a wok over medium heat. Add sliced sinigang vegetables (we used kangkong, eggplant, okra, and tomatoes); stir-fry until cooked, about 1 minute. Set vegetables aside.
- Sprinkle sinigang mix into the wok. Add day-old white rice and stir to combine. Stir-fry until rice is heated through, about 3 minutes. Add vegetables and toss to combine. Serve immediately.
