Sinigang na Isda sa Mangga

  • 8 to 10 cups water
  • 1 large green mango peeled and sliced thinly
  • 2 native tomatoes quartered
  • 1 large onion quartered
  • 1 radish (labanos) peeled and sliced into rounds
  • 1 bundle yard-long beans (sitaw) cut into 2-inch lengths
  • 2 pieces okra sliced diagonally in half
  • 1 large boneless bangus (milkfish) scaled, gutted, and sliced into 3 to 4 pieces
  • patis (fish sauce) to taste
  • 1 bundle kangkong (water spinach) leaves
