Ingredients
Sinigang Sa Miso Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- 1 medium yellow onion sliced
- 3 medium tomatoes quartered
- 1/2 Cup miso (soybean paste)
- 2 pieces milkfish (bangus) cleaned and sliced
- 1 Pack Tamarind Soup Mix
- 2 1/2 tablespoons fish sauce (patis)
- 6 cups water
- Salt
- 2 pieces long green chilies (siling pangsigang)
- 1 bunch Mustard Leaves (Mustasa)
Instructions
- Saute the onion in cooking oil. Add the tomatoes and miso paste.
- Let it cook for 2 minutes. Â
- Add the milkfish and the water, and the tamarind soup base and bring to a boil.
- Season with salt and fish sauce. Let it simmer for 15 minutes.
- Add the mustard leaves and green chilies before serving.
