Ingredients
Skinless Lucban Longganisa Ingredients
- 1 kilogram ground pork
- 1 head Garlic cloves separated and minced
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- 2 tablespoons paprika
- 1 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon rock salt
- 1 tablespoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 Cup cane vinegar
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl: ground pork, garlic, oregano, paprika, sugar, salt, pepper, and vinegar. Mix well.
- Form mixture into a log, about 3 inches long. Place on a piece of wax paper and roll tightly. Repeat to make 30 pieces. Freeze until ready to use.
- To cook, thaw longganisa completely. Pan-fry until browned. Serve immediately with garlic rice and fried eggs.
