Solimar's Native Green Salad
A recipe that uses a combination of organically grown local vegetables.
Most of the vegetables and weeds in this salad may be picked from your own garden. Use any combination of local vegetables. If possible, use all organically grown vegetables. If you are using any vegetable that is not organic, soak the leafy greens in a bowl of water with salt and baking soda for about 10 to 15 minutes, then rinse well, to leach out chemicals sprayed on them.
