1 scoop strawberry ice cream

1 scoop ube ice cream

1 piece pandesal

How to make Sorbetes Sandwich

Slice pandesal in half.

Soften sorbetes for about 5 minutes at room temperature.

Place one or two scoops inside the pandesal and cover. You can also freeze this for future use; just thaw for about 3 minutes before serving.
