Kids will love this cheesy, comforting dish!
1 piece bacon, (use bacon strips), chopped
4 egg, lightly beaten
1 pack all-purpose cream
1 cup parmesan cheese, plus more for sprinkling
1 package spaghetti noodles
1/2 cup butter, softened
In a skillet, cook bacon until brown and crispy. Drain oil. Set aside.
Combine eggs, cream and Parmesan cheese in a bowl. Set aside.
Bring a big pot of water to a rolling boil. Add pasta and cook untilÂ al dente. This will take about 10 to 12 minutes. Drain. Put pasta back into the pot.
Turn on stove to medium low heat, pour egg-cheese mixture onto the pasta. Add butter and toss until pasta is well coated. Season with salt and pepper.
Add bacon and sprinkle with cheese. Top with chopped parsley. Toss and serve immediately.
