Spicy Kimchi Butter Ingredients
- 1 Cup unsalted butter at room temperature
- 3/4 Cup kimchi roughly chopped
- 1 tablespoon chili flakes or gochugaru
- 1 teaspoon Korean chili paste (gochujang)
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
Instructions
- Pulse butter, kimchi, Korean chili flakes (gochugaru), Korean chili paste (gochujang), and salt in a food processor until smooth.
- Transfer to an airtight container; chill. Use to make kimchi rice or serve with steak.
