Spinach and Cucumber Yogurt Smoothie Ingredients
- 1 Cup Arugula
- 1 Cup spinach blanched
- 1 Cucumber
- 500 Grams plain yogurt
- 1/2 Cup honey or more, if needed
Instructions
- In a blender, add all ingredients and blend until incorporated and color is vibrant green. Taste and add more honey as desired.
