Salt and Pepper Squid Ring Recipe

Heat oil in a deep-fryer or deep frying pan over medium heat.

Place eggs in a bowl. Combine potato starch, salt, and pepper in another bowl.

Dip squid rings in egg, then coat in seasoned potato starch.

Deep-fry squid until cooked and golden brown. Drain on paper towels and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Serve immediately with lemon wedges.
