Steamed Fish with Calamansi Rice Recipe

Prepare steamed fish: In a wok over high heat, bring about 1 cup water to a boil. Lower heat to a simmer. Season fish fillets with salt and ground black pepper on both sides and place in a bamboo steamer. Cover, and place steamer in the wok. Steam until fish is cooked through. Transfer     to a plate. Set aside until ready to serve.

Meanwhile, in another wok over high heat, heat oil and melt butter. Add onions and sauté until translucent. Add peas and beans and cook until heated through. Pour in calamansi juice. Stir. Dump in rice and toss to combine. Season with salt and ground black pepper to taste. Serve immediately with steamed fish.
