Kangkong might be the first vegetable you were willing to eat when you were a kid (sinigang, anyone?) but there are more ways to enjoy it now that you're an adult. You don't even need to cook it. Just steam it.

Also known as the water spinach, kangkong is affordable but also incredibly perishable. Use its leaves and tender stems within the day for best results.
