Strawberry Fun-due

In a blender, process together strawberries and cream until smooth.

Transfer mixture to a medium saucepan. Over low heat, add white chocolate chips to the strawberry mixture.

Stir continuously until chocolate is melted and the mixture is smooth. 

Add a drop of red food coloring and mix well.

Pour mixture into a fondue pot and keep warm.

For fun shapes, cut butter cake using cookie cutters. Arrange on a platter together with other dippers. Serve with the fondue.
