Ingredients
  

Suman Truffles Ingredients

  • 6 pieces suman use suman sa Ibus or suman malagkit
  • 1/4 Cup peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon Ground Flaxseeds
  • 1/4 Cup unsweetened coconut flakes

Instructions
 

  • Blend all ingredients, except for the coconut flakes, in a food processor until it becomes a sticky paste.
  • Form the mixture into one tablespoon-sized ball, then roll in coconut flakes.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
