Ingredients
Suman Truffles Ingredients
- 6 pieces suman use suman sa Ibus or suman malagkit
- 1/4 Cup peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon Ground Flaxseeds
- 1/4 Cup unsweetened coconut flakes
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients, except for the coconut flakes, in a food processor until it becomes a sticky paste.
- Form the mixture into one tablespoon-sized ball, then roll in coconut flakes.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
