Ingredients
  

Summer Fruit Salad Ingredients

  • 1/2 piece red watermelon
  • 1/2 piece yellow watermelon
  • 1 piece ripe melon
  • 1 ripe honeydew melon
  • 1 bottle nata de coco (jelly made from coconut water) drained juice from 8 pieces calamansi
  • 5 dashes Angostura bitters

Instructions
 

  • Using a melon baller, scoop out the watermelons and melons.
  • In a bowl, toss together the balled fruits and nata de coco.
  • Drizzle with calamansi juice and Angostura bitters. Mix lightly.
  • Cover bowl and chill before serving.
    TIP: Angostura bitters is a concentrated fl avoring that is used for food and drinks. It adds a bittersweet, rootbeer-like essence that complements fresh tropical fruits.
