Sweet and Sour Pampano Recipe

Dredge the pampano in cornstarch. Heat oil in a medium-sized frying pan and pan-fry each pampano. Set aside.

In another medium-sized pot, saute garlic, onion and ginger. Add the pineapple chunks, red bell pepper and carrots. Add in the sweet chili sauce, sesame oil, sugar and soy sauce. Let it simmer for 15 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Serve sauce over the fried pampano.
