Teriyaki Chicken Wings Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup mango purée
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Garlic coarsely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon white sugar
  • 3/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • hot sauce
  • Chicken (use wings), cut at the joints to separate drummette from wing toasted sesame seeds, for garnish


  • Combine mango puree, soy sauce, garlic, white sugar, salt, pepper, and hot sauce (if using) in a bowl.
  • Toss chicken wings in the mixture. Set aside to marinate for at least 30 minutes or up to 4 hours.
  • Transfer chicken wings to a baking dish or pan, spreading them out to make sure they cook evenly. Bake in a preheated 375 degrees fahrenheit oven for about 20 to 25 minutes or until the juices run clear when chicken is pierced.
  • Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds on top before serving.
